These are the conditions you agree to when making a booking ...
Bookings - Bookings are accepted on payment of a deposit of 10% of the total booking cost, the balance must be paid within fourteen days of your holiday when we will arrange for the keys to be made available to you. We reserve the right to decline any booking for any reason. Cancellations and refunds - If a booking is cancelled by you then the amount paid less the deposit will be refunded. If it has to be cancelled by us then the full amount including the deposit will be refunded. No other payments will be made in any circumstances. Arrival and departure - Please arrive after 4pm on the first day and leave by 10am on the last day so that we have time to prepare the house. Looking after the house - The number of adults and children using the house must not exceed the number booked. The house and its furnishings should be left in the same state and condition as when you arrive. Breakages and losses should be replaced or paid for. While we make every effort to ensure that the equipment and facilities are provided as listed, there may inevitably be circumstances beyond our control that prevent this. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in the house, as we have found that the odour can linger and affect following guests. Pets - In order not to disadvantage other visitors, pets may only stay by prior agreement and are not allowed on beds or furniture. While staying in our cottage - We hope your stay is an enjoyable one but please ensure that your activities don't inconvenience or annoy our neighbours.
